Randall is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University and has been in practice for over twenty-three years. His practice merged with DLM in 1988.

Randall's responsibilities include overseeing the audit department and maintaining the firm's system of quality controls. His expertise comprises a range of industries and includes all facets of audit and accounting engagements.

Randall is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the Missouri Society of CPAs (MSCPA), the West Side Peer Review Report Acceptance Body of the MSCPA, the Association of Government Accountants Ozarks Chapter and the MSCPA Peer Review Executive Committee.
