Tammy is an accounting supervisor for DLM. Tammy joined the DLM team in 1989.

Tammy has experience in areas including payroll, payroll tax reports, W-2s, 1099s, bookkeeping services and financial statement preparation.

After work hours Tammy enjoys walking and weight lifting. Tammy and her husband also enjoy ballroom and Latin dancing at a local dance studio. Tammy has two sons and two stepdaughters.

John is an Audit Manager for DLM. John joined the DLM team in 1999 after graduating from SMSU.

John has experience in City, School, Not for Profit and a variety of other auditing areas.

When John is away from the office he enjoys time with family and friends, playing golf and traveling.

Laura serves as a Senior Accountant for DLM and has been with us since 1983. Laura is a graduate of SMSU and has many years of experience in the field of accounting.

When not working Laura enjoys water activities, plays and collecting antiques.

Laura also volunteers for the local Sertoma Club.

Jon is an Senior Accountant for DLM. Jon joined DLM on July 5, 2000 after completing his MBA at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Jon has experience in several areas of accounting including auditing governmental and not-for-profit entities.

When Jon is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing softball/basketball and going to the lake.

Diana joined the DLM team in 2005 as an executive assistant.  Diana provides support to the firm by processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, word processing, and spreadsheets.  Diana comes to us from Great Southern Bank.

In her spare time Diana enjoys spending time with her new grandbaby.

 

Lori is the Firm Administrator for DLM. Lori joined the DLM team in 1997 after several years as an office manager for a Springfield manufacturer.

Lori has experience in a variety of areas including management, computer system support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial statement preparation and human resources.

Lori volunteers for the Springfield Area Human Resources Association as the chair of the communication committee and also as a victim advocate for The Victim Center.

When Lori is not working she enjoys time with her friends and family, playing softball, and going to auto races.

Diana is an Executive Assistant. She joined DLM in Feb.1997.
Diana works "behind-the-scenes" providing all levels of clerical support including accounts payable, word processing and document preparation. She has an A.S. degree in medical records management and clerical experience in many different fields.

Diana is currently learning American sign language. She also likes sports, especially football and is an avid Chiefs fan. Diana enjoys quilting, cross-stitch, scrap booking and reading. With her husband and two sons, Diana spent several years living in Germany and traveling around Europe.

Jessica Stokes is an Audit Senior accountant for DLM. Jessica joined the DLM team in January 2003 after graduating from Drury with an accounting degree.

Jessica has responsibilities in all areas of accounting which include auditing governmental and non-for-profit entities.

When not at work Jessica enjoys water sports, reading, and watching Nascar. 

Debbie Underwood is an In-Charge Accountant for DLM.  She joined us in 2005 as a staff accountant.  Debbie is a graduate of SMSU.

Debbie comes to DLM after working many years for SMSU.  Debbie will be responsible for all aspects of tax return preparation.

Debbie enjoys time with family, playing tennis, and reading.

Jennifer Schatzer joined the DLM team in January, 2005 as a staff accountant.  Jennifer is a 2004 graduate of SMSU.

DLM welcomed Jennifer after her many years with Justice Jewelers.  Jennifer will be responsible for auditing.

In her spare time Jennifer likes to backpack, hike, and cycle.

Jamie will be responsible for all aspects of auditing governmental and not-for-profit entities.

In her spare time Jamie enjoys volleyball, shopping, movies, and time with friends and family.

Wayland comes to DLM after working with the Springfield Public Schools and will be responsible for auditing.

When not spending time with her husband and two children Rebecca enjoys watching Nascar racing.

When she is not working she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, shopping, and music.

In her spare time Colleen spends time with her granddaughter, family, and friends.  She also enjoys playing softball and bowling.
